Explanations:

• Non-CIS countries are all countries excluding: Russia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Georgia.
• Affiliate products are products of stores that participate in the AliExpress affiliate program.
• Non-affiliate products are products from stores that do not participate in the AliExpress affiliate program.
• Using the "Link checker" tool, you can find out the approximate % rate and check the affiliation of the product. The rates may differ from those indicated above for several reasons: 1. sometimes data updates may be delayed and go against real time, 2. AliExpress according to their data may reduce the commission rate when low-quality traffic is detected,
• Depending on the category of goods, the commission will be from 0.8% to 70%. However, we draw attention to the list of exception stores in the table above, in which payment of commission by the seller is not provided. The list is dynamic, the data may not always be relevant from AliExpress.
• Since October 20, 2022, non-affiliate products in the Computer & Office category shipped to Brazil will have a 0% commission rate.

• Since October 15, 2021, the following the rule applies: in order to calculate the commission in full, it is necessary that the delivery region of the order coincides with the region by IP address when clicking on the link. In case of a discrepancy: the order will not be displayed in the statistics.

Attribution models

Priority of pages on AliExpress by attribution:

• Personal Hotlsale Product Page> Personal Regular Product Page> Category / Stock Page and more> https://aliexpress.com

• The attribution of links to personal product pages on AliExpress is higher than to any other AliExpress page. Example: the buyer follows the link of the webmaster 1, which leads to the product. Then he goes to the affiliate link of webmaster 2, which leads, for example, to aliexpress.com. Result: the order will be credited to the webmaster 1.

• Attribution of Russian stores. In order for a product from a Russian store to be counted, the buyer must follow your affiliate link, which leads directly to this product or to any page of a specific Russian store and place an order there.

• Hot sale attribution. To receive an increased percentage of hot sale products, the user must follow your affiliate link, which leads directly to this product and place an order. If, for example, a user clicked on an affiliate link that leads to the main page of AliExpress, and then bought a hot sale product, then a standard commission will be charged.

Pay your attention!

• The actual amount of the order in AliExpress site with delivery to the CIS and outside the CIS may differ slightly from the total order amount in your ePN personal account, even after deducting all discounts due to various internal reasons of AliExpress: currency rate conversion for goods from foreign stores, various taxes and other fees on AliExpress side.

• Please be kindly reminded that you have a responsibility to ensure that your digital ads are not placed on illegal websites providing unauthorized access to copyrighted content. Advertising which is placed on such websites contributes to their funding and might be associating with crime. In that case you are also in breach of Affiliate Rules and will cause penalties accordingly.
• If an affiliate link leads to a product whose page is not available or to a product from a store that does not participate in the affiliate program, AliExpress may automatically redirect the referral to a similar product from a seller participating in the AliExpress affiliate program.
• When creating affiliate links on AliExpress, use only direct links such as https://aliexpress.com, etc. If you use a link in the format http://s.click.aliexpress.com, commission may not be included.
• The commission is always “cut off” to downwards by AliExpress. This is especially evident on orders with small amounts. Such bias of 1-2 cents in this situation is normal. This is the result of rounding at different stages of the movement of money.
• AliExpress can reject orders on its side if the buyer applied one of AliExpress coupons (Special Coupon, Coupon from Seller, Coupon for a new customer, etc.) or coins when placing an order.
• If the buyer uses the plugin "AliExpress Assistant - Online Shopping", then the order may be interrupted and, accordingly, no commission will be charged.
• Order numbers in the buyer's personal account on AliExpress and ePN statistics may be different.
• For goods with express delivery from the "Yes!" no commission is charged in the AliExpress mobile application.
• Commission is charged on the cost of goods excluding shipping costs and is no more than $ 38.5 per order. In case of opening a dispute on the order, the amount of the commission on it will be deducted from your balance.

Terms of cooperation:

We ask you to carefully read the terms of cooperation of partners with AliExpress Russia and adhere to these recommendations, which apply to webmasters with traffic from the CIS countries. In case of violation of the recommendations, the platform has the right to refuse to cooperate with a partner unilaterally.

1. Contextual advertising in the partner program AliExpress is allowed with the following restriction: in keywords, text and title of the ad it is forbidden to use the words aliexpress / aliexpress and the like (including spelling with errors and in other languages). Brand inquiries (alibaba, aliexpress, alibaba, aliexpress, as well as similar spellings or spelling with errors) should be added to the list of negative keywords.
2. Placement of affiliate links in e-mail and SMS-mailings is acceptable in case the user voluntarily subscribes to the newsletter and has the obvious possibility to terminate the subscription at any time. Sources of traffic in the AliExpress ePN affiliate program must not infringe the copyright of Alibaba Group on its trademarks and domain names.
3. Main rules, concerning Alibaba Group trademark usage on traffic sources taking part in the affiliate program, are the following:

• The 'AliExpress' word cannot be used in the domain name of the website. Variants with a spelling mistake and names similar to Aliexpress are also not allowed.
• The header of the website and logotypes of the communities in social networks cannot contain the new or old logotype of Aliexpress and its easily recognized elements. The Aliexpress favicon cannot be copied as well.
• Cookie-stuffing is totally prohibited in any form.
• Sources of traffic in the AliExpress ePN affiliate program should not contain refund - content aimed at deceiving AliExpress salespeople, as well as content that may in any form damage the reputation of AliExpress.
• It's strictly against the rules to place affiliate and referral links on the Aliexpress website, including reviews on the product pages.

4. Main principle that should be followed by the websites participating in the affiliate program is the following: it must be clear to the users, that this is a third-party website, that is not related to AliExpress/Alibaba Group legally.
