Monetization models (CPM, CPC, CPA)
CPM (Cost per mille) – payment per thousand impressions. The simplest, but at the same time the most low-margin way of monetizing content. With this model you get 30-40 rubles per 1000 views of advertising on your site. Not suitable for social networks.
CPC (Cost per click) – pay per click. This monetization model is slightly more profitable, but it is also suitable only for owners of their own resources on the Internet. With the CPC model, you get from 1 to 6 rubles for each conscious click of your readers on an advertisement.
CPA (Cost per action) – payment per action (purchase, registration). This is the most profitable way of monetizing traffic today, which is ideal for both bloggers and owners of websites and their own groups and accounts in any social networks. With the CPA model, you get a fixed percentage of the amount of your reader’s purchase in a particular store or online service.
